Pat also brings the added skills of a construction background. Pat’s early career was on the commercial construction side of the business. Managing several large corporate developments. When structuring a deal Pat assists his clients in the understanding of costs, schedule, and logistics of a construction project whether it’s an interior build out or new construction.
