Patrick Commercials Weinhold completes four condo transactions in Western Suburbs
NAPERVILLE, IL (December 13, 2016) – Patrick Commercial’s James Weinhold recently completed four commercial condo transactions in Lisle and Woodridge.
In Lisle, Weinhold represented seller Fako Development in the sale of 1,100 sf office condo located at 1440 Maple Avenue to an undisclosed buyer. Weinhold also represented an undisclosed seller in the sale of 1,690 sf office condo located at 1440 Maple Avenue to an undisclosed buyer. In Woodridge, Weinhold represented the buyer ATB Automotive in the purchase of 6,300 industrial condo located at 6805 Hobson Valley Drive. Weinhold also represented seller Edward Renzi in the sale of 3,150 sf industrial condo located at 6805 Hobson Valley Drive to an undisclosed buyer.
