Over 50 years ago Patrick Stanton Sr. acquired his first piece of real estate at the age of 19. This transaction was the first of many and was the genesis of Patrick Commercial Real Estate. Prior to launching his real estate career, Pat Sr. served in the United States Marine Corps and then went on to serve the community as a Chicago Fireman.

Pat Sr’s career inspired his son, Pat Jr, to take up the family business. Over 20 years ago Pat Jr. began his career in development, managing several high profile projects in Chicago. He then transitioned into the commercial brokerage side of the business.

With Pat Sr and Pat Jr’s experience in real estate they agreed the commercial brokerage market was underserved and required a firm with local expertise and the resources and technology of a national organization. It was then that father and son decided to launch a new venture, aptly named Patrick Commercial Real Estate.

Pat Sr. attributes his success to hard work, perseverance and integrity. These principles continue to guide the company today and enable Patrick Commercial to achieve superior results for its clients.
